Erin O’Neill, Clinical Director and Jennifer Jordan, Chief Legal Officer in partnership with WorkCompCentral will be presenting a full day seminar on the latest updates in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance, on July 29, 2017, in Long Beach, California.  The seminar will address all components of MSP compliance, from conditional payment resolutions and Medicare set-asides to pressing issues, including recovery under Medicare Parts C & D.  Take away from the seminar will arm attendees with an understanding of case law, legislative impact, and practical tips and advice on how to settle claims with Medicare in mind. For more information and to register for the seminar, click here.

 

About Erin O’Neill 

Erin O’Neill is the Clinical Director at MEDVAL.  Ms. O’Neill frequently speaks nationally at industry and educational events.  As an Attorney and former Physician Assistant, she brings over 20 years of a unique combination of medical and legal experience to the Medicare Set-Aside arena on behalf of MEDVAL’s clients. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. O’Neill was a Physician Assistant-Clinical Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

Ms. O’Neill is admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association, Westmoreland County Bar Association, American Academy of Physician Assistants and Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. She has also served as an adjunct instructor for the Duquesne University Physician Assistant Program, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree and Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University.
