Kimberly Wiswell Voted President-Elect by NAMSAP Board of Directors

Kimberly Wiswell, Director of Operations for MEDVAL, was voted President-Elect of the Board of Directors for the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). The nonprofit educates Medicare professionals, advocates for a more efficient and effective Medicare Secondary Payer process in Washington, participates in the federal rule-making process and helps draft Medicare-related legislation. In this role, Kimberly will help to shape the future of NAMSAP during the coming year as a member of the Executive Board, and will take the reins in 2015, leading the organization.

Kimberly was elected to this position by the current Board of Directors. Her appointment began this week at NAMSAP’s annual meeting in Las Vegas. Kimberly has been a member of NAMSAP since 2005, and was elected to the Board in 2013, having served on multiple committees, including the organization’s Legislative and Communications committees. Her background includes executive roles at two MSP companies, as well as contractual project work for the current CMS Central Office WCMSA management in 2011-12 aimed at streamlining and improving the WCMSA approval process.
