MEDVAL is pleased to be a co-sponsor, along with Texas Mutual, of the 2018 Workers’ Comp Update in Texas happening in Austin, Texas this week.  The seminar will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the University of Texas.  Topics that will be discussed include:

About Erin O’Neill 

Erin O’Neill is the Clinical Director at MEDVAL.  Ms. O’Neill frequently speaks nationally at industry and educational events.  As an Attorney and former Physician Assistant, she brings over 20 years of a unique combination of medical and legal experience to the Medicare Set-Aside arena on behalf of MEDVAL’s clients. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. O’Neill was a Physician Assistant-Clinical Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

Ms. O’Neill is admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association, Westmoreland County Bar Association, American Academy of Physician Assistants and Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. She has also served as an adjunct instructor for the Duquesne University Physician Assistant Program, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree and Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University.
