Remote Access for Support
In order to better assist you, we have set up a tool that can allow us to access your computer if you are in need of support.
Please click on the link below to initiate a support session with MEDVAL. When you see a message appear asking if you’d like to Run or Save the application (MedvalSupport_Host_Setup.exe), please click Run. Tell your support person the ID and password that appears so they may connect and assist you.
In order to install Antivirus/Antimalware software, please click HERE and run the installer.
